Blank screen ONLT SOUND IS CLOCK TICKING Typewriter font- California 1995 1:00AM Marcia is sat at his desk smoking a cigarette surrounded by papers and documents the office is dark and messy. The walls are grey and the overall feel of the room is very drab and depressing. Marcia has bag under his eyes and messy hair sticking up everywhere. He leans back in his chair sighing, he quickly becomes frustrated with the thought of the trial and it's fustrations. He stands and throws the desks contents to the ground. He stands breathing heavily before running a hand through his hair and falling to the ground to clear up the mess. He picks up a few documents before a magazine (!!! This magazine MUST have the picture actually leaked but with everything covered by a black bar) with leaked nude photos of them at the beach. Cinematic and narrative ideas

Cinematic ideas Something very important I would like to incorporate in my film is the use of actual footage from the trial and the media at the time- as I feel it would make people who experienced the OJ trial to reminisce on the trial, the media’s treatment of Marcia Clarke and their own treatment of her. As at the time there were very mixed opinions on the prosecutor. Something else I feel is very important for me to incorporate is having it all set in one location and only having “Marcia” in the film as it is all reflecting their experiences. I intend for the muse en scene to be very dark and grey as I feel they reflect feeing lifeless and trying to not stand out which is arguabley how she felt at the time, with all the media attention bartering her and criticing her for being a woman and trying to not stand out for her gender and be seen as equal in the courtroom Narrative ideas When it comes to the narrative I want to keep the time and date of the film ambiguous in terms of ...
